A very rare lens. It is the first variant of this lens after the new, rubber coated grips, were introduced.
This variant of the lens was made between August 1974 and June 1976.
Will fit on some Nikon DSLR cameras. Depending on the model of camera, the exposure and metering maybe affected. It should not be fitted to a camera that has a non-removable AI tab.
